In terms of section 8(4) of the National Tariff Commission Act, 2015 the Commission is also mandated to advise, where possible, the domestic exporters and producers facing trade remedy investigation abroad. The Commission assists Pakistani exporters facing trade remedy actions by other WTO Members by providing guidance on law and procedures, in understanding and responding to a questionnaire, including clarification of adjustments and related accounting aspects in investigation and review proceedings.
