Bidding documents having detailed specifications of the software and other terms & conditions can be obtained from office of the undersigned by 11 June 2008, during office working hours before the closing of the tender.

Bid must be accompanied with pay order equivalent to 2% of the quoted price as earnest money in the name of National Tariff Commission, Islamabad. The bid should reach office of the undersigned by 11 June 2008, before 10.00 a.m and will be opened on same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of bidders who may like to be present.

The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
